The annual event at Moss o’ Balloch, which occurs on Saturday 15th of July, is one of the top competitions in Scotland with a prize investment of £15, 000 shared. Occasions will include wrestling, biking, throwing the caber, and tug of war, but probably the most excitedly expected competitors of this time is the Scottish Highland Games Association World Heavyweight Championship. With competitors from Poland, The united states and Iceland engaging, its set to be a thrilling and closely contested event.
Spectators would be amused during the day with track and field occasions including working, leaping, cycling, wrestling, the heavyweight occasions of baseball, hammer, weight and caber, and the Highland dancing and pipeline musical organization tournaments.
Beyond your primary arena, spectators will see a wide variety of trade stalls selling a variety of modern and standard items and refreshments.
The event will shut with a mass pipeline musical organization march through the main road in Balloch providing a dramatic end to what claims becoming a delightful occasion.
