Walking Loch Lomond

The circuit regarding the mountains above Glen Straddle tends to make an excellent short hillwalk. The ascent within the grassy ridge increasing from Luss is a delight together with views over Loch Lomond and towards Arrochar Alps are excellent.

Terrain

Grassy hillwalking; some areas of peat from the plateau many wetter sections of path lower down.

Trains And Buses

Regular buses from Glasgow and Crianlarich including Citylink mentors which stop on the A82.
