Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non refundable. A refund of balance payments will be given on any cancellation made six weeks or more before arrival date. Thereafter if cancellation is made within six weeks prior to arrival no refund will be given although we will endeavour to re – let the accommodation and refund payments to the best of our ability.

On departure guests are obliged to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition. Should any items be broken or damaged please notify the owners. We endeavour to cover the cost of minor damages, but reserve the right to charge for damages of a more extensive nature. Deliberate damage will be charged to the credit card used for deposit.

The number of guests staying should be as stated on the booking form and should not exceed this. Any changes to this should be notified to Mackie Lodge prior to arrival and any additional guests staying without prior confirmation will automatically be charged. Mackie Lodge reserve the right to debit your credit debit card used as deposit.

Mackie Lodge will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or act of god to guest’s property.
