The first center (the Bed and break fast) are at this new household and hosts two bedrooms that overlook Seneca Lake, ny.
 A delicious country morning meal is offered each morning and our extensive patio provides a great lake view to view an early sunrise, or even to enjoy afternoon beverage or some wine and mozzarella cheese.
The full moon rising across pond is dazzling!

The next facility (the Waterfront Cottage - Cabin), for multiple day or weekly rental, is a post and ray construction from an 1860's barn, rebuilt regarding the waterfront.

- 50 foot dock for fishing, swimming, or you can tie your personal ship (launch services nearby)

Policies:
- 2 evening minimum requested on vacations
- Check-in after 3 pm ~ Check-out by 11 am
- Repayment by tourists'/personal inspections or money is accepted.
- One-night deposit is needed when coming up with reservations; 1 week notice of termination necessary for reimbursement unless space is re-rented.
- Rates cannot consist of product sales income tax that can change.
- Both facilities are smoke-free.
- Sorry, no pets.
